How much are the shipping costs?  You can choose between 3 shipping options to the Peninsula:

1) REGULAR MAIL: FREE and you will receive it in approximately 5-15 business days, it does not have a tracking number.

2) STANDARD SHIPPING: it costs €3.95 and you will receive it in approximately 2-5 business days, it includes a tracking number.

3) URGENT : it costs €5.95 and you will receive it in 1-2 business days, it includes a tracking number.

**Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be processed the next day.**

What is the ORDINARY MAIL? This shipment is made by post, it does not have a tracking number and it is FREE . It takes approximately 5-15 business days . If it is a small item that we send in a letter envelope, you will receive it directly in the mailbox at home. If the package is a little larger, you will receive a notification in your mailbox to go pick it up at your Post Office. If the customer does not come to collect their shipment and it is returned to Strending, the amount of the purchased item will be refunded, discounting €3 for expenses.

**Each customer is free to choose the shipping method that best suits them. From experience we know that ordinary shipping by Post works very well, but you have to take into account that, in exchange for free shipping, a tracking number is not provided and if the item is delayed or does not arrive at its destination, it will not be the responsibility of Strending, although we will always try to offer you a solution. Insular Spain, Ceuta and Melilla

EASY RETURNS 60 DAYS

Can I return my purchase? Yes, as long as you contact us within 60 days of receiving it. Write to us at info@strending.com specifying the reference number of your purchase in the subject line. We will refund the amount of the item you have purchased (not the shipping costs) once we have received it at our offices and verify that it has not been used or has any defects.

** IMPORTANT: Any personalized or rental item is excluded from the return.**

For the proper maintenance of our collection of sterling silver jewelry (earrings, earrings, chokers, ear cuffs, bracelets, etc.) we recommend:

It is important that, when you are not wearing your jewelry, you store it correctly. Although you may have already heard it, it is important to keep silver pieces away from humidity and exposure to light . We recommend you keep your little jewel in its bag and it in a closed jewelery box or box.

IMPORTANT

Strending does not guarantee that the gold plating of the jewels will last indefinitely. Gold-plated pieces are generally more delicate and susceptible to losing color over time and tending to silver, especially if the care indicated in the previous sections is not carried out.

The duration of the gold bath will depend on different factors such as sweating, improper use, the PH of the skin or the use of cosmetic products. For this reason, gold-plated jewelry requires special care.
